Facilities Manager
Join Lincoln Tech as a Faciities Manager where you'll oversee campus operations, safety, and security across our educational facility onsite at our soon-to-open Hicksville, NY location. You'll lead maintenance operations, manage inventory , and implement security protocols that protect our students, faculty, and staff while maintaining an environment that supports learning and growth.
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for oversight of equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and building systems operations
- Manage campus inventory control systems and procurement processes
- Implement security protocols and emergency evacuation procedures
- Conduct quarterly safety inspections and ensure compliance with fire and building codes
- Assist Campus President with budgetary planning and expense management
- Oversee contractor work for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Monitor campus facilities to ensure optimal condition and functionality
What You Need:
- 4+ years experience in facilities management and security,
- Knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes
- Understanding of fire codes and safety protocols
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software
- Military or law enforcement background helpful
