Facilities Maintenance Technician

This role manages and modifies facilities equipment and move requests and other facilities modifications in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.

What You Will Do:

• Responsible for completing all paperwork assigned and coordinating with the Supervisor to ensure data is correct and recorded.
• Manage facility /personnel move requests.
• Set up technical, electrical, and physical assets for events and conferences.
• Paint and touch up facilities.
• Assist Maintenance Team with PM’s and service as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Position Details:

• Plant Location: Naperville, IL
• Work week and shift: Monday through Friday, 4:00PM to 12:30AM
• Weekend work as needed
• Compensation offered: $30/hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in building maintenance and operation
• No immigration sponsorship provided

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to perform all physical duties
• Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs
• Must be able to work in difficult situations such as confined spaces, heat and working at heights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience painting
• Prior experience in maintenance at a large-scale facility
• Carpentry skills

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $53,900.00 - $80,900.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
