About the Role
Are you ready for a new opportunity in a growing company and a rewarding industry? We have a great opportunity for you as a Maintenance Technician! In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our facilities, electrical systems, machines, equipment, and tools. You'll also conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to find repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of our facilities, machinery, and equipment.About You

Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment including; rooftop units, ceiling installed units, and ground equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify solutions, and execute repairs in a professional and timely manner.
Ability to perform repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide variety of commercial and industrial equipment, appliances, furnishings, and facilities.
Clean and restore equipment to like new condition to maintain complete control of operating conditions within production areas.
Moving furniture
Maintaining office spaces including; ceiling tiles, flooring, walls, and furnishings Painting and drywall repair
Minor plumbing (clogged drains, leaky faucets)
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 0-2 or more years of relevant experience
A higher level degree may substitute for experience
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Valid driver's license
Familiarity with safe use of tools and equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with hand and power tools
Ability to drive a forklift
Ability to function with limited supervision
Ability to use electronic test equipment to identify failed components
Ability to work from heights
Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and air quality issues
