Facilities Maintenance Intern

• Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection & Building Controls Trade Subcontractors workforce coordination
• Quantity surveying & cost estimating of Mechanical & Electrical work
• Evaluating Mechanical & Electrical Systems installations for quality & progress on schedule. Management of Mechanical & Electrical System’s start-up & commissioning
• Project controls input (scheduling, cost reporting, PM solutions)
• Assist with most aspects of building operations, maintenance, & repair as directed
• Ensure proper compliance with all municipal safety & building codes relating to the property in addition to Oracle EH&S compliance
• Maintain building warranties, operations & maintenance manuals, plans & As-built drawings, building, & vendor insurance information
• Assist building site inspections—document results & findings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Actively registered in a certification and/or formal training in commercial HVAC maintenance required
• Ability to manage building repairs and maintenance projects to adhere to budget and schedule
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in order to effectively communicate with peers, internal customers, and external vendors
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Physical qualifications include climbing ladders and lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to utilize software applications such as MS Office products

US: Hiring Range in USD from $18.99 to $38.32 per hour; from: $39,500 to $79,700 per annum.
