LotusWorks is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, integral to our people-first approach. </p></div><p>The Facilities Engineering & Commissioning Intern will support the operation, startup, and optimization of critical facility systems within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on exposure to complex infrastructure systems and commissioning processes, while developing foundational knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines.</p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Train on core facilities engineering principles across mechanical, electrical, wastewater, ultrapure water (UPW), and controls systems.</li> <li> Assist in the commissioning and startup activities of facility systems to ensure operational readiness and performance compliance.</li> <li> Perform issue tracking and management within commissioning software platforms, including documentation, escalation, and resolution follow-up.</li> <li> Support cross-functional teams in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving system deficiencies during commissioning phases.</li> <li> Participate in system walkthroughs, inspections, and functional testing activities.</li> <li> Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities, issues, and system performance data.</li> <li> Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and technicians to support project milestones and system handover.</li> <li> Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures in a high-tech manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.</li> </ul> <h3>Skills Required:</h3> <ul> <li>Interest in facilities systems, infrastructure engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing environments.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li> <li>Effective written and verbal communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn.</li> <li>Basic understanding of engineering principles (mechanical, electrical, or process systems preferred).</li> <li>S
