Business Analyst, People Service Delivery

The Red Hat People Service Delivery (PSD) team is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to manage HR Service Delivery (HRSD) processes and run-the-business changes in ServiceNow and ensure the platform is optimized to support the evolution of PSD. This role will work closely with the Enterprise ServiceNow COE, the Enterprise Service Management team, and stakeholders across PSD and the People Team to anticipate business needs, support process definition, ensure alignment with strategic roadmap, and plan actions accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PSD stakeholders to identify HRSD data and configuration requirements and coordinate with responsible teams to implement

• Serve as the People Team “Delegated Developer” to create/edit records, update data elements, create and manage flows, manage assignment groups, and perform other actions within ServiceNow to support regular ‘run-the-business’ activities, in alignment with Development Program guidelines

• Engage the Enterprise Service Management Product Manager and ServiceNow Product Owners to understand their roadmap and upcoming releases/enhancements, assess impacts to PSD and other People Team functions, and coordinate PSD response in a way that ensures short and long term objectives are successfully met

• Serve as PSD representative on Enterprise-level projects and promote requirements and desired outcomes of PSD

• Participate in regular agile ceremonies to ensure PSD objectives are raised and prioritized appropriately

• Build capability across PSD and identify roles and responsibilities for Tiered Development Program application to People Team

• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow HRSD, particularly Employee Center, Case, and Knowledge Management

• Able to concisely communicate, verbally and in writing, problem areas and solution recommendations to varying levels of stakeholders, from front-line workers to executive management

• Influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization including peers and executive leadership using empathy, trust, and demonstrated expertise

• Able to organize and manage work to a project schedule, raising awareness of risks and suggesting remediation measures

The salary range for this position is $103,290.00 - $170,500.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
