Description
The Enterprise Technology/Security Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure technology solutions that align with organizational strategy and industry best practices. The role involves hands on development of software components, integration of security tools, and proactive identification of vulnerabilities across enterprise platforms. This position plays a critical role in embedding security across the software development lifecycle and ensuring compliance with security frameworks and enterprise architecture standards. Design and develop secure technology solutions using enterprise-grade platforms and modern development frameworks. Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure. Implement and configure security controls across CI/CD pipelines, applications, and cloud environments. Collaborate with enterprise architects to align solutions with business objectives and compliance requirements. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as machine learning for threat detection and anomaly analysis. Support secure software development by providing best practice guidance and security consultation to development teams. Perform code reviews and vulnerability assessments to maintain application integrity. Document architecture decisions and maintain traceability from client requirements to delivered solutions. Lead or contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives related to security design and technology modernization. Support audits, regulatory assessments, and compliance certifications (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001). Mandatory Skills Technical Skills Enterprise Security Development, Risk Assessments, Threat Modeling, Secure Coding CI/CD Security Integration, Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, Cloud Security (AWS/Azure), Secure APIs, Machine Learning for Security, Python/Java/Go, SIEM/SOAR Tools (e.g., Splunk, Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR), DevSecOps Automation. Soft SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and IT teams. Strong problemsolving abilities to identify and implement system improvements. Attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex business processes and technical requirements. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and clients. .
