Rotoflow is a full-service turbomachinery OEM - providing a wide-range of new equipment solutions and aftermarket services to our customers globally. For over 75 years, Rotoflow has designed and manufactured both standard and custom-engineered cryogenic and warm gas centrifugal turbomachinery used in market segments such as industrial gases, petrochemicals, and hydrocarbons. Products include compressor loaded turbo-expanders, generator-loaded power recovery expanders, and low-cost dissipative expanders. We offer new equipment designs, rerates, upgrades and repair along with field services, engineering evaluations, reliability, fix, training, remote diagnostics/data monitoring, shop services, and new equipment replacements for all types of centrifugal and reciprocating equipment. Our customers are served globally through regional service centers supported by both regional and centralized execution teams.
Gardner Cryogenics designs and manufactures high-performance, highly reliable, long-lasting storage tanks used to transport hydrogen and helium molecules around the globe. With more than six decades of experience, Gardner provides customers with industry-leading technology that enables them to cost-effectively move and store molecules with near zero loss. The unique technology developed by Gardner provides the lowest heat-leak for the highest yield when transporting, storing, and transferring helium and hydrogen.
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Intelligence and Process Automation Analyst for our Gardner Cryogenics and Rotoflow manufacturing facilities, within the Lehigh Valley, PA.. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and business insights, developing sophisticated reporting tools, automating processes, and enhancing decision-making capabilities across multiple functions, including engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing. This position will be located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and will split time between the Rotoflow and Gardner facilities.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Developing, analyzing, implementing, and maintaining innovative analytics and reporting systems, simplifying sophisticated problems into actionable frameworks.
- Identifying trends and opportunities for growth through the analysis of sophisticated datasets.
- Building automated workflows and tools to reduce manual effort and streamline processes.
- Creating clear and effective dashboards and visualizations that enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions.
- Lead data governance initiatives, improving data quality through validation rules, automation, and initiative-taking data management strategies,
- Proactively analyzing data to answer key questions for participants, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
- Finding opportunities for automation and data-driven improvements across our business, working closely with and supporting Business Improvement Leads.
- Collaborating with multi-functional teams to capture reporting requirements, understand business needs, and deliver solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Management, or related field.
- proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation.
- Proficiency in SQL or Excel (including macros, VBA, pivot tables, and sophisticated formulas) and Python, with an aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
