We are looking for great people who want to take this journey with us!&nbsp;<a href="https://vimeo.com/652202630/3ae8c047b6">Get a sneak peek into life at ADESA!</a></p> <p><strong>Role and Team</strong></p> <ul> <li>Reporting to the Lot Manager or other designated manager, assist with the outside functions to support lot movements and general operations to support auction activities before, during, and after sale day.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in assuring vehicle inventory is in the proper designated areas of the lot or shops.&nbsp; Apply appropriate numbering and tagging for lot and shop identification</li> <li>Locate, number and move vehicles to designated area on the Lot</li> <li>Confirm vehicle mileage, make year and VIN</li> <li>Communicate with shop and operations teams to ensure an efficient flow of inventory from vehicle check in, inspections, shops and auction sale line until vehicle is checked out</li> <li>Assist with physical inventory on a periodic basis</li> <li>Use electronic devices to scan inventory and record movement of vehicles on property</li> <li>Flag vehicles, add final stickers, mark numbers on windshield and place on spot for the sale</li> <li>Take photos of vehicles as needed</li> <li>Track missing units and assist with locating vehicles for customers</li> <li>Use PC to&nbsp; look up vehicle information and update vehicle data</li> <li>May ensure arbitrated units are restocked into inventory and proper announcements are made</li> <li>May identify and add/verify vehicle announcements and reports are accurate for pre-sale</li> <li>May make basic vehicle diagnostic determinations to determine if a vehicl
