THE JOB:
As a Server for Pool Bar & Cafe, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by serving guests in our quick-service restaurants. By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE: $6.78 plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you complete transactions.
Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages.
Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment within the Point of Sale (POS) registers.
Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations to company standards.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 18 years old or older.
Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages.
Comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
Adapt to varying weather conditions and ensuring the same high level of service poolside.
Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences.
Describes themselves as detail-oriented.
Can handle multiple tasks at one time.
