What You’ll Do (And Dominate):

• Be the face of our service department—own the customer experience from start to finish.

• Translate customer concerns into clear, actionable service requests.

• Build trust through transparency, speed, and precision.

• Drive revenue through smart recommendations and upsells.

• Keep techs moving, customers informed, and the shop humming.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of proven success in a high-volume service lane.

• Deep understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.

• Confidence, charisma, and next-level communication skills.

• Mastery of service software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.).

• A valid driver’s license and a drive to win.
