Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d) Seed Production/Special Crops & Organics Seeds

KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d) for our Sub Business Unit Special Crops & Organic Seeds. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders and documenting production for special crop types such as sorghum, catch crops, and others. This position is offered as a permanent full-time position at our location in Wiebrechtshausen/Northeim (Lower Saxony, Germany), starting as soon as possible (part-time would also be possible by individual arrangement).The opportunity for (partial) remote work is also available.

 

Your Tasks – Where Challenge Meets Responsibility:

• Create plant processing orders in SAP
• Manage inbound and outbound bookings from various locations
• Coordinate processing plans and delivery schedules across different processing sites
• Handle the disposition and processing of seed deliveries in cooperation with logistics
• Book invoices in SAP
• Maintain inventory and manage fiscal year-end inventory closing
• Create and store purchase and sales contracts, ensuring their timely execution

 

Your Profile – Where Competence Meets Personality:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with experience in production/planning processes in the seed sector
• Solid SAP knowledge is a must
• Good IT skills, especially in MS Office
• Ability and willingness to work in a team, sharing experience and expertise with colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible, initiative-driven, reliable, and able to work independently
• Fluent in English and proficient in German (written and spoken)
• High degree of flexibility to work during peak seasons
