Your future team:  

You will work in the dynamic department, Field Sales Tools, which is part of Application and Web development. The team is responsible for all MS Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & customer Service), CPQ, Marketo (Lead management) and Sales enablement, developments & innovations within the entire ROCKWOOL Group.

What you will be doing: 

Along with ongoing project regarding implementation of Configure Price and Quote solution, Field Sales Tools team is looking for a Senior CPQ & CRM Consultant/Developer.

You will support the process flow for new market roll outs and assist in the configuration of the CPQ/CRM solution as well service on support requests.

More specifically, you will:

  • Support team in Roll Out Project
  • Fix the design code issues
  • Design plugins, solutions, and workflows, UI, Document templates
  • Perform 2d level support and act as back-up for our other (technical) CRM staff
  • Involve in project-related Scrum meetings
  • Contain and maintain technical and functional documentation
  • Analyse CPQ Business requirements and convert them to group solutions and processes
  • Provide suggestions for improvement, alignment, and optimization of processes on CPQ
  • Identify any gap between the desired CPQ - CRM functionality and the possibilities, and propose alternative solutions in cooperation with the CRM tech lead

What you bring:  

  • Minimum 2 years of full-time customizing in various areas using:
    • IronPython scripting
    • HTML, CSS, Knockout
    • Mathematic knowledge working with price calculation tools.
  • Technical Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Agile techniques focused on delivering high quality software including, but not limited to Continuous Integration, unit testing, Test-Driven setup
  • Fluency in English (verbally and in writing)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to easily change direction based on lessons learnt or changed circumstances
  • Open mind and positive can-do attitude
  • Initiative and ability to work without a close supervision
  • Proactivity in taking required business critical tasks and take responsibilities
  • Internal drive for technical excellence
