Who We’re SeekingYou are a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team in the United States. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability and growth of qibb, our integration platform for media workflows. To achieve this, you will effectively lead sales personnel, have a strong knowledge of the technology market, and an in-depth understanding of the sales department's financial data. In addition, you will be responsible for qibb US based operations.  Your team will be the primary business owner for customers in the North America region. Customers will include traditional broadcast, while introducing a new customer base of content creators that require an enhanced Digital Media Supply Chain, Direct to Consumer (D2C) streaming capabilities, and production in the cloud support. Potential customers will include new logos that your team will help identify and prospect in addition to existing Qvest.US logos.This is a hands-on leadership role. We are seeking someone who is eager to create something from scratch and proactively support their team with innovative ideas.

What you'll do

• P&L responsibility (US)
• Oversight of strategic alignment, sales pipeline, and product roadmap
• Plan, develop, and implement revenue growth strategies. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
• Manage internal teams to develop sales strategies and proposals
• Manage qibb operations in terms of recruiting, onboarding and integration methodology (working hand and hand with Techtriq and Qvest.US teams)
• Establish a KPI-driven sales process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
• Up to 50% North America travel

What you'll bring

• 15+ years of experience in Digital Media Supply Chain, enterprise integration, Linear playout, VOD, OTT platforms
• Entrepreneurial spirit is a must.  Qibb is a Start up housed in a larger company
• Ability to clearly articulate unique workflows in the media supply chain 
• Knowledge of the Digital Media Supply Chain, the related systems,  and the life cycle of an asset
• Knowledge of the broadcast and streaming industry
• Experience in video production and workflows 
• Proven track record of designing and executing streamlined workflows, managing pipelines, creating customer facing proposals, managing open bids, and representing qibb at industry events and trade shows 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
