Clinic Director/Physical Therapist

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is looking for licensed Physical Therapists interested in management to join our growing company in Santa Rosa, CA as a Clinic Director! Physical Therapists who have been practicing for at least 2 years and have some management experience are encouraged to apply!

We are seeking motivated, team-oriented clinicians to provide exceptional patient-centric experiences in our outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate would utilize evidence-based orthopedic practice, exhibit a passion for individualized care and possess strong interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and clinic directors can earn quarterly bonuses when achieving KPI and profitability goals for their clinic.

• Starting salary at $95,000 up to $110,000 plus monthly incentive to commensurate with experience. Highly competitive and negotiable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee clinic and staff.
• Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload
• Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided
• Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up
• Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines

Requirements/Qualifications:

• California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist
• 2 years of clinical outpatient physical therapy experience
• Preferred management experience
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Works as a collaborative team member with other staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exhibits an engaging, friendly and professional demeanor with patients
• Commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine and providing the highest quality of care
