Field Service Calibration Technician

As a Field Service Calibration Technician at MSI Viking, you will travel to customer sites to perform calibrations and maintenance on a variety of metrology equipment, ensuring compliance with A2LA/ISO17025 standards. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating instruments in the field, as well as providing technical support and training to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Calibration Technician or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of metrology equipment and calibration processes.
• Ability to travel frequently for site visits and customer support. At least 25% will be overnight travel.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
