Parts Replenisher (6:00am to 2:30pm)

Hourly Rate: $17.75

DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

To assess parts levels and keep the Production area stocked to set levels of parts and materials at all times 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

•Constantly assess part quantities in bins, conveyors, racks and replenish as needed 

•Order parts from Kan-Ban area using product line replenishment sheet or pull parts from pallet racks whichever is applicable 

•Retrieve sub-assembled parts from Sub-Assembly area 

•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management 

•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training 

•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment 

•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

•Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times

•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

•Must be a team player, friendly, detail-oriented, and honest 

 

Must have the ability to:

•Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment 

•Place orders through Oracle to replenish the shop floor

•Push/Pull/Lift 40 lbs.

•Work extended hours, including weekends, as business needs dictate

 

Must have:

•Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement

•A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods

•Good verbal and written communication skills

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

•No experience required

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

•At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

 

PREFERRED EDUCATION

•High School Diploma or GED preferred

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
