Job Description Summary:
The Sr. Industrial Security Manager (“ISM”) will interface with Aerospace and Defense customers and the government regarding security requirements. Must be a U.S. Citizen. The ISM will provide guidance, training, and support to employees, keeping personnel up to date on changes and new security requirements. The ISM interprets, implements, and maintains an effective security program consistent with applicable government policies and provides supplemental guidance to the business and its leaders.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Maintain policies and procedures for compliance with 32 CFR National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) and DoD security requirements.
- Support conducting annual inspections and Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) security assessments.
- Support processing employee security clearances.
- Provide administrative support to include Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (eQIP) administration.
- Provide security briefings, debriefings, and awareness training for site personnel.
- Support sales and legal team to review the details and requirements issued in form DD254 contracts.
- Monitor Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and maintain policies and procedures for disseminating CUI.
- Laisse with various departments (Operations, Sales, Legal, Information Security, Global Trade) to ensure compliance with applicable government policies, communicate new or modified requirements, and provide mandatory and supplemental training to applicable personnel.
- Laisse with Global Trade team to facilitate export compliance and training.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Active security clearance with Top Secret eligibility.
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.

The annual salary range for California is $126,000 to $234,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
