Private Duty LPN- Mastic Beach

Case Details:

• 📍 Location: Mastic Beach, N.Y.
• 💰 Pay Rate: $35/hour
• 📆 Schedule: The current available shifts are:

Monday 7 PM-11 PM

Tuesday7 PM-11 PM

Thursday 7 AM-7 PM

Saturday 7 PM-11 PM

Sunday 7 AM-11 PM 

Patient Needs:

• 1 year old little boy
• Trach, G-tube, diagnosed with PROS lymphatic malformation
• Requires oxygen when sick and sometimes when sleeping
• Learning to eat by mouth (nurse must be comfortable with oral feeds)
• FAMILY IS LOOKING FOR A NON-SMOKING NURSE

Qualifications/Education:

• At least 1 year of LPN experience in a home setting
• LPN license and registration
• NPI #
• Malpractice Insurance
• BLS from American Heart Association
• Physical, QuantiFERON within a year
• MMR titers
