Baxter is an innovator in digital health and remote patient monitoring, with a focus on providing the most diagnostically accurate and patient-friendly cardiac and vital signs patch monitors in the industry. Currently, Baxter has FDA 510(k) clearance and CE Mark approval to market the Carnation Ambulatory Monitor (CAM) Patch and is presently launched in the U.S. and multiple international countries.
The CAM Patch is a non-invasive, P-wave centric™ ambulatory cardiac monitor and arrhythmia detection device that is designed to improve patient compliance with its lifestyle-enabling patch design. Designed to be worn comfortably and discreetly by adults and children, the CAM Patch is placed on the center of the chest, directly over the heart for optimal ECG signal collection. Distinguished from other products by its innovative sensing technology, the CAM Patch provides optimal detection and clear recording of the P-wave, the part of the ECG waveform that is crucial for accurate arrhythmia diagnosis.
Position Overview & Purpose:

Currently, we are looking for a Cardiac Technician Trainer to join our Clinical Services Team who is passionate about cardiac rhythms and helping cardiac patients through our innovative remote patient monitoring body sensor technologies. The right individuals will join a multifaceted and fast-paced start-up environment.
Ideal candidates will have CCT or CRAT certification or specialize in cardiac rhythm recognition and interpretation skills. Experience with cardiology or electrophysiology can be advantageous. This position requires PC proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. **This position will be on-site at our Minneapolis, MN**
Core Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Develop all materials and implement programs for the ongoing delivery of training to the Clinical Services team
Develop and implement a department-wide learning strategy, including the appropriate adoption and integration of e-learning solutions
Lead the newly hired Analysis Technicians through the initial training period and facilitate their successful completion of additional training so that they achieve defined competency levels
Partner with Managers to create and deliver the appropriate curriculum to ensure Analysis Technicians competency and advancement within and between competency tiers
Coordinate training events
Assist with recruiting and hiring to the Clinical Services team
Ability to be flexible in a dynamic environment with varying hours including some nights and weekends
Phone and internet-based continuous training for remote based Clinical Services team members
Assist with the analysis queue, scanning and posting reports when vital
Required Experience & Skills:
High School Diploma
Associates Degree or two years college course work preferred<
