Fidelity Bank is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to execute and optimize digital strategies that drive engagement, enhance digital product sales, and support business goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, data analysis, and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Execution: Implement multi-channel marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC, marketing automation, and lead generation in collaboration with the Marketing and Digital Sales teams.
- Campaign Management: Oversee digital campaigns using Constant Contact, HubSpot, and Pardot, optimizing through AI-driven insights and data analysis.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage analytics to create targeted client offers, optimize campaigns, and promote digital banking adoption.
- Content & Platform Updates: Develop and repurpose engaging content across multiple platforms. Update banners and messaging within the Mobile App and Online Banking portal to enhance customer experience.
- Website & Technical Collaboration: Serve as a conduit between hosting companies, website vendors, and internal IT teams, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating version updates.
- Digital Account Opening Tool: Help drive adoption of Fidelity Bank’s digital account opening tool through targeted digital marketing strategies and engagement initiatives.
- Measurement & Reporting: Use Google Analytics to evaluate digital efforts and provide performance reports.
Additional Responsibilities: Manage marketing automation campaigns (Documatix, Micronotes), Terafina communication, and digital messaging, including programming outdoor electronic boards.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Strong technical foundation in SEO, analytics, automation, and AI-driven marketing.
- Experience managing digital campaigns, website performance, and cross-channel engagement.
- Ability to troubleshoot website and platform issues, working with IT and external vendors.
- Experience in driving digital product adoption, particularly for digital account opening solutions.
Qualifications
Education/Training: BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or equivalent
Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficiency in analyzing, interpreting, and implementing marketing strategy; a working knowledge of current and proposed bank regulations affecting the marketing function; proficient composition skills visual and auditory skills; specialized certification helpful, such as in Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, SEO/SEM, etc., excellent writing skills, experience with content creation to drive engagement, Graphic design ability helpful.
