Command Center Radio Dispatcher for Wake Forest University Football

Description

Rhino Sports, a division of REVELxp, is looking for reliable and outgoing individuals to join our team! We provide event staffing personnel to local venues, and we're looking for people to assist us in multiple event staffing positions. We service universities in the area and are looking for staff to assist with Wake-forest football.

• Answering -ncoming calls and dispatching appropriate staff / stake holders / emergency services
• Monitoring and tracking the location and progress of staff / emergency units
• Communicating effectively with staff / stake holders / emergency personnel and providing      them with important information
• To record all information for historical data with accuracy and attention to      detail
• Operating a variety of radio and computer equipment to facilitate communication
• Remaining  Calm and professional when dealing with high-stress situations
• Following established protocols and procedures to ensure efficient and effective emergency response
• Providing world class customer service to guest / staff / stake holders and emergency personnel

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of radio equipment and procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm in emergency situations
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Availability  to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in dispatching or a related field preferred
