Description
The Loan Boarding Department ensures all details of a loan file are complete and accurate and properly reflected in the servicing system of record. The Data Integration Coordinator II may work directly with both clients and prior servicers. Solid communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for interaction with clients. The Data Integration Coordinator II is responsible for the accurate and timely boarding of mortgage loan data and should be technologically adaptable to both commercial software products as well as proprietary. A strong attention to detail when reviewing data files is necessary to complete data transfers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Complete data mapping for all master fields, special loan and escrow fields for all new inbound servicing transfers and subservicing client setups.
· Maintain data mapping as needed for all inbound servicing transfers and flow loan boarding.
· Track due dates and maintain tasks with most current completion dates as they relate to data integration, including but not limited to deliverables, testing, and boarding.
· Participate in Core Team meetings to provide status reports to and discuss potential client issues with Servbank Management.
· Extensive communication with Subservicing Clients, Prior Servicers and internal department personnel to ensure all boarding requirements are met with minimal customer impact.
· Ensure corporate, client, investor and vendor compliance, including post conversion issues.
· Assist and/or handle related transfer of servicing issues such as research, trial and final audit and comparison of data relating to the vendor.
· Completes miscellaneous duties and assists with special projects assigned by senior management.
· Creates and maintains process improvements.
Requirements
Experience and Skills:
· Exceptional organizational skills with strong follow up skills. Analytical minded with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to communicate effectively to a wide audience.
· Extensive working knowledge of Excel, Word, Access and Windows applications required.
· Strong knowledge of mortgage data preferred.
· Strong knowledge of ETL practices preferred.
· Working knowledge of Altair Monarch preferred.
· Working knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python preferred.
· Experience with project management preferred.
· Advanced PC knowledge and skills preferred, including spreadsheets, macros, merge documents, database conversions, tape and cartridge manipulation, ability to understand a record layout from various systems, and various accounting functions as it relates to reconciliation and balancing.
· Flexibility in work hours allowing for extended hours when loan volume requires extra effort.
Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in data integration.
· 2+ years of related work experience in mortgage servicing and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
