About the RoleFlow Practice is a modern medical and wellness practice focused on whole-person care in a calm, community-centered environment. We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to support IV therapy and blood draws with professionalism and warmth.

About the RoleFlow Practice is a modern medical and wellness practice focused on whole-person care in a calm, community-centered environment. We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to support IV therapy and blood draws with professionalism and warmth.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and blood draws with accuracy and patient comfort
- Start, monitor, and discontinue IV infusions per protocol
- Prepare and maintain IV supplies and infusion areas
- Monitor patients during treatment and report concerns to clinicians
- Document care accurately in the EHR
- Support a calm, welcoming patient experience
Ideal Background
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA or equivalent)
- Strong IV and phlebotomy skills (1+ year preferred)
- CPR/BLS certified
- Excellent communication and bedside manner
- Experience in IV therapy or wellness settings a plus
