Fullstack Lead | Onsite

Key Responsibilities:  

Design and oversee the architecture of fullstack solutions (backend, frontend, web, and app platforms).  

Define best practices and standards for coding, performance, and security across the stack.  

Lead the development of RESTful APIs and microservices using Java (Spring Boot).  

Architect and guide the implementation of modern, responsive UIs using React.js.  

Work closely with mobile app teams (Android/iOS/Hybrid) to ensure seamless integration and architecture consistency.  

Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and DevOps to align technical solutions with business needs.  

Conduct technical reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.  

Stay current on new technologies, tools, and trends and assess their relevance to the product roadmap.  

Provide mentorship to developers and help scale engineering best practices.  

Qualifications:  

8+ years of experience in software development with 3+ years in a fullstack or architect role.  

Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.  

Strong frontend skills with React.js, Redux, Webpack, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).  

Experience in designing cloud-native applications (preferably AWS/GCP/Azure).  

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and API gateways.  

Experience with mobile architecture (native or hybrid) and app-store deployment is a plus.  

Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). 

 

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
