Do you have the business savvy, technical background, and leadership skills necessary to help establish Amazon as a key technology platform provider in the Enterprises? <br/><br/>As an AWS Sales Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. <br/><br/>Your responsibilities will include building and managing a highly talented sales team focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in Enterprise market. The candidate should possess a sales management background that enables them to lead a team of sale representatives with engagements at the CXO level. <br/><br/>AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.<br/><br/><br/>Key job responsibilities<br/>Strategy & Business Leadership:<br/>• Define and execute the strategic vision for AWS's business in France<br/>• Drive revenue growth and cloud adoption across the segment<br/>• Build and maintain executive relationships with key customers and partners<br/>• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies across different customer segments (SPA, SWARM, SCALE)<br/>• Collaborate with EMEA leadership to align regional and segment strategies<br/><br/>People Leadership:<br/>• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team<br/>• Foster a high-performance culture balanced with employee development and well-being<br/>• Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies<br/>• Implement effective organizational structures and operating mechanisms<br/><br/>Operational Excellence:<br/>• Manage complex sales operations and pipeline development<br/>• Drive operational rigor through metrics and accountability<br/>• Implement and optimize sales methodologies (MEDDPICC)<br/>• Ensure effective collaboration across sales, technical, and partner teams<br/><br/>Partner Ecosystem:<br/>• Develop strategic partnerships to scale the business<br/>• Drive partner-attached revenue growth<br/>• Build and maintain relationships with key system integrators and ISVs<br/><br/>About the team<br/>Diverse Experiences<br/><br/>Amazon values diverse experiences.
