Summary
The Image Editor position will prepare and process Buckle merchandise for the Ecommerce store on Buckle.com through digital image editing in a content production environment. The position reviews photography options to select the best quality images, completes editing, and then updates product sheets for final set up for the website.

- Review the plan for the day and determine priorities and set personal productivity goals.
- Once the day is established, review photography options and select the best quality images. Then, fix, enhance, and edit photography for online Ecommerce presentation.
- Once all editing is complete, save the images and turn product sheets and merchandise over to the Administrative Team for (Quality Assurance) QA and final set up on Buckle.com.
- Explore and present ideas and new techniques for improving the quality and efficiencies of Buckle.com image production.
- Oversee the quality assurance of product published to the web (Buckle.com and Intranet).
- Research digital photography and lighting techniques and continue to develop the Buckle’s in-house photo studio operation, advancing knowledge and technical applications.
- Research and propose recommendations for new and upgraded studio equipment.
- Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle and complete errands based on business needs.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the Teammate regularly works in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
