NOTE: This intern position is NOT eligible for CPT/OPT status. Must be a rising senior graduating in May 2025. 

This position is a part of the Staples, Inc. hybrid work model, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

What you’ll be doing:  

• Build and Deploy Microservices using the latest Java technologies such as Spring Boot, Core Java, etc. 
• Creating and Deploying Services in Azure Kubernetes 
• Knowledge of Relational databases such as Oracle/MYSQ 
• Knowledge of CICD and Dev Ops technologies 
• Knowledge of Postgres and Docker

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
• Application programming knowledge in Java, preferably with some hands-on experience 
• Familiarity with writing SQL queries that interact with relational databases 

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications: 

• Enjoy working in teams and being highly communicative 
• Able to multi-task and be flexible to new initiatives
