Position Duties / Requirements
Propose actionable recommendations from competition research; Act as go-to-person for understanding of market, healthcare and technology trends; Trains and coaches junior Project Managers on company processes and how to run effective Discovery; Builds high performing cross-functional teams and coordinates large initiatives with strong psychological safety; Guides teams through selecting high-value opportunities and validating solutions, ensuring team is running efficient discovery that delivers on value and leverages work other teams are doing; Consistently maintains accurate project status and reports on project status, utilizing Jira to provide visibility, and consistently communicating escalations, risks, dependencies and proactively resolves with minimal guidance; Identifies conflicts or roadblocks on area of responsibility quickly and resolves them independently; Effectively gathers and structure customer and stakeholder feedback; and Synthesizes User Research for insights and uses discovery process and insights to identify new opportunities and develop hypothesis to shape projects. In order to complete the above-mentioned tasks, the following skills and experience are required: Product management experience shipping technology; Experience in health-tech; Experience leading all aspects of product management, from ideation to launch, with a focus on improving key metrics; Strong knowledge of data, analytics, and data visualization; Experience working with Jira and Data Analytics Tools (Tableau, Looker, Amplitude); Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams; Experience partnering with design teams and guiding UX; Experience crafting Personalized Healthcare experiences; Understanding of Agile development processes; Understanding of and experience working with the needs of patients with complex conditions; Experience working at top US payer and/or provider; and Experience communicating and presenting data. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Business Intelligence or related field, and at least four (4) years of experience as a Product Analyst or related occupation. Option to work from home is available. Travel required - once per quarter to company headquarters in Toronto, Canada.
