In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of nursing duties, including client check-ins, lab coordination, and medication management. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure that clients receive the best possible care tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Check-In: Utilize virtual, in-person, and telephonic platforms to check in clients efficiently and effectively.
• Lab Coordination: Obtain labs as ordered by providers, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Collaborative Care: Complete screeners with clients to determine the most appropriate course of care in collaboration with the provider.
• Delegated Tasks: Assist the nurse teams by handling delegated tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Resource Person: Act as a valuable resource for nursing and medical issues within the clinic.
• Infectious Disease Control: Oversee infectious disease control measures, ensuring client hygiene and facility health.
• Nursing Assessments: Perform all necessary nursing assessments according to service line requirements, demonstrating a high level of clinical competence.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications through various methods (oral, injections, etc.) as required, adhering to service line protocols.
• Medication Management: Prepare medications, conduct routine medication destruction, and address client questions and medication needs.
• Patient Care: Verify client data, obtain necessary physical preliminary requirements, and assist in collecting samples and vital signs.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current RN or LPN nursing license from the State of Missouri.
• Current certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ First Aid and Medication Aid trainer.
• Prior experience in adult and youth psychiatric nursing is preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to perform nursing assessments and administer medications.
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and personal care as needed.
