Golden Years is seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our team! We provide high-quality care to our residents, creating a warm, supportive environment where staff can thrive.
Key Responsibilities: responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants of the Golden Years Homestead (GYH) campus. Such supervision must be in accordance with federal and state regulations and standards and the policies and procedures of GYH and as required by the Director of Nursing Services, Assistant Director, or Community Nurse Leader.

Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in Indiana
- Passion for providing excellent patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
We have day shift (7:00a-7:00p) or night shift (7:00p-7:00a) available.
