Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00/hr How do our Lot Leads Drive Impact?· Oversee the Recon lot – all vehicles parked in correct area · Overseeing daily responsibilities of the Dealer Support team · Audit the check-in and guard shack check in process · Maintain gas tanks – and logs · Maintain the loading/unloading/checking in vehicles that arrive on transport trucks from various Walser locations · Inspect vehicles that come on transport truck for damage- report transport/lot damage and arrange for repair · Perform daily, weekly and monthly inventories · Notify manager regarding any employee issues that arise · Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departments · Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in dealership service departments · Embrace and exhibit Walser CORE values · During inclement weather, must be at the Recon when it opens. · All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

We're Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must have prior experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel and lift (up to 25 lbs.)
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must have good problem-solving skills and work well under pressure
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions
