About the Program
The New Grad Product Talent Program is built to identify high-potential early-career individuals and grow them into core Product contributors and future Product Managers at AppNation.
The focus is not junior execution or short-term exposure, but long-term growth within the company through real ownership and measurable impact. We hire for potential, growth mindset, structured thinking, and ownership not experience.
Application Review (20 February – 10 March) We carefully assess your CV to evaluate your structured thinking, growth mindset, and long-term alignment with Product.
Case Study (13 March – 20 March) Selected candidates will receive a real product case on 13 March. You will have 7 days to complete and submit your work by 20 March.
Case Presentation (28 – 29 March) Shortlisted candidates will present their case at this stage, allowing us to better understand your thinking process, prioritization approach, and communication style.
Final Decision & Offer (30 March – 31 March) Final decisions and offer process will be made on 30 - 31 March.

What You’ll Do
- From day one, you will work on real product problems.
- Work alongside experienced Product Managers
- Support product decisions with data and analysis
- Contribute to experimentation, iteration, and growth initiatives
- Take ownership of small but meaningful product tasks
- Develop structured thinking, prioritization, and execution skills

Growth Path
- You will join as a New Grad and expand your scope over time. New Grad > Product Specialist > Product Manager > Senior Product Manager. Progression is performance-based. Ownership and impact increase as you demonstrate capability.
