Finance Intern Duties and Responsibilities

• Process Mapping for operating model – build swim lane process maps to show in line w/ strategic & tactical initiatives Improve equipment powerbi report – include in forecast actuals that have to be now manually corrected to match financial reporting software Vena, and  determine way to include Global Supply Network equipment types

• Predictive Modelling – improve in the sales phase awareness on what drives over/underruns so that actions can be recommended before the commitment (protective clauses, supply plans, increased cost-basis) Assist with financial modeling

• Provide general accounting support • Help with accounts receivable management

• Provide support for annual budgeting process • Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects

• Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team

• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management

Requirements

• Finance, Economics, or related major

• Minimum GPA of 3.0

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Highly motivated with a desire to learn

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
