If you’ve got experience or strong engagement in what drives good safety performance and using risk assessment skills on health and safety, then you could contribute to the framework to solve the climate crisis with Statkraft. This is your chance to contribute to set health and safety preconditions and support on how we realise the potential of renewable energy and make a positive impact on our planet.</p><p>The Health, Safety and Security unit in business area Nordics consist today of an engaged and experienced team. We have both Hydro- and wind power in our asset portfolio today. Other technologies are under development, and we are looking for a trainee to help us to succeed with our ambition.</p><p>As a Health and safety advisor in the Health, Safety and Security department in BA Nordics, you’ll:</p><ul><li>Contribution to further develop our HSS methods and tools</li><li>Driver for technical state-of-art practices and solutions</li><li>Contribution in implementation of new technologies and improvement initiatives</li><li>Support globally according to the O&amp;M operating model on HSS</li></ul><p>We look for experienced <em>Health and safety Advisor</em> with the essential skills to future-proof our business and renewable energy solutions. That includes knowledge in:</p><ul><li>MSc within Safety-/Risk management or equivalent </li><li>Not more than <strong>1 year</strong> of relevant work experience after graduation</li><li>Knowledge and engagement in acknowledged methods and IT tools/systems for HSSE </li><li>The ability to add value through continuous improvement and use of new technology  </li></ul><p>Experiences in these areas are also useful in your role:</p><ul><li>Experience from the Energy/Renewable/Civil sector</li><li>Experience from project development and/or HSSE in design </li></ul><p> </p><p><u><strong>Trainee - Asset Performance Analyst, Business Area: Nordics</strong></u></p><p>Are you looking to start your career as an Asset performance analyst? If you’ve got your interest within technical disciplines and data analysis, then you could help solve the climate crisis with Statkraft. This is your chance to <em>optimize the performance of our assets,</em> realise the potential of renewable energy and make a positive impact on our planet.</p><p>As asset performance engineer in Nordic’s O&amp;M technology and department, you’ll take part in development and implementation tools and services related to digital condition monitoring at the plants. This implies:</p><ul><li>Identifying and processing needs for services and tools supporting asset performance excellence</li><li>Supporting development and implementation of analytical tools such as<ul><li>Anomaly detection tools</li><li>Visualisations and dashboards</li><li>Signal mapping and entry in analysis system</li></ul></li><li>Ensuring value capture of the implemented tools</li></ul><p>We look for a candidate with:</p><ul><li>MSc within Engineering, Natural science or Mathematics</li><li>Not more than <strong>1 year</strong> of relevant work experience after graduation</li><li>Strong interest in exploring and understanding of complex systems such as a power plant</li><li>An analytical mind-set and an interest in and understanding of quantitative models as tools for gaining insights and support decisions.
