Master Data Specialist

Your tasks 

• Create, maintain, and ongoing update of master data records (e.g., customer, vendor) within the cutting-edge ERP systems, including MS Dynamics Navision and Dynamis 365 Business Central. 

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency of data through proactive and routine data cleansing initiatives. 

• Foster seamless collaboration with internal teams (e.g., operations, accounting) to guarantee data alignment with operational systems, promoting operational efficiency. 

• Proactively monitor and resolve data discrepancies, liaising with stakeholders to swiftly address and rectify issues, ensuring accurate bookings. 

• Play a pivotal role in supporting system migration, upgrades, and implementation projects by ensuring the meticulous handling of data to facilitate seamless transitions. 

• Uphold compliance with pertinent regulations and industry standards, particularly regarding data privacy and protection. 

Your profile  

• Bachelor’s degree or an expected degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field. 

• Proven experience (2-3 years) in master data management, data analysis, or a similar role. 

• Proficiency in accounting software, with experience in Business Central Navision being a plus. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis/ reporting tools. 

• Strong communication skills in English are mandatory, both written and verbal. Any other language (e.g., French, German) being advantageous.
