BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION
The main responsibility of this role is to effectively serve as a liaison between business users and various technology functions to enhance operational efficiency. The Business Analyst will gather, document, and communicate business requirements on behalf of Dealer Finance to different IT groups, playing a crucial role in business process development and improvement.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:
• Acts as a liaison between the Dealer Finance Department, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consultants and others in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of systems to ensure optimal operational performance.
• Conduct gap analyses of Dealer Finance processes and systems, to effectively draft functional specification documents to present and communicate business requirements to related IT teams.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office to troubleshoot, design, and deploy business systems utilizing an established framework in order to optimize Dealer Finance processes.
• Routinely conduct update meetings with Dealer Finance, IT, and the Project Management Office to ensure strategic projects milestones are met and project goals are completed.
• Participate in user acceptance testing of wholesale and floorplanning technology systems, ensuring that solutions meet Dealer Finance requirements and function as intended to support internal users and Kubota Dealers.
• Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Certifications, & Training:
• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business is preferred:
• At least 3 years of related experience required.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 5 years of experience is required.

Skills & Background:
• Excellent troubleshooting, critical thinking, and process improvement.
• Well organized with expert time management, multitasking, and effective documentation skills.
• Highly interpersonal and dynamic; able to adapt to business needs.
• Familiar with business processes and systems within the financial services industry preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4Hanna is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Prolonged sitting at a desk.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse.
• Often requiring clear vision and hearing to effectively communicate and perform tasks.
