EquipmentShare is Hiring a Marketing & Communications Project Management (Coordinator) Intern.
EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Marketing team at our Home Office in Columbia, Mo. for the spring of 2024.
Responsibilities
We offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects.
- Assist in planning/executing of the marketing & communications teams’ projects
- Input project plans into the project management system
- Monitor project management system activity and track team deadlines
- Identify and assess project roadblocks and curate solutions
- Communicate project needs to team member
- Provide support to the lead project manager as needed
About You

You will be expected to work Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm.
What You're Working With:
- Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have high attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets
- You are highly organized, pay attention to details, and able to multitask
- You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
