We’re growing across VA, NC, SC, GA, AL, and TN, and we’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Junior Project Manager ready to take the next step in their construction career. This role is designed as a launchpad into full project management, with mentorship, field exposure, and internal training all focused on your growth.
You’ll gain real-world experience supporting complex fire protection projects from pre-construction to closeout—while working closely with our Project Managers.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative and project support to Project Managers—including scheduling, documentation, and coordination
Perform data entry, track project performance, and support billing/reporting tasks
Shadow Project Managers to learn workflows, task prioritization, and technical processes
Serve as a secondary contact for installation and repair projects; assist with scheduling and team coordination
Visit job sites to support project inspections, quality control, and documentation
Assist with on-site labor as needed, including lifting materials and using ladders or scissor lifts
Help create manpower schedules and assist in pre-submittal, job review, and cost meetings
Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Area Managers to understand project goals and timelines
Participate in material handling, equipment staging, and basic installation support
Maintain accurate records for company, customer, and regulatory compliance
Support general administrative functions including timesheets, time & material logs, and reports
Follow all company safety policies and procedures while on site
Requirements:
3+ years in a skilled trade or construction-related role
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe; Bluebeam experience is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working both in office and on active job sites
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform job site tasks
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team
Willing to travel to job sites using a company-provided vehicle
