Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, SpyCloud is searching for an amazing Sr. Program Manager. The ideal candidate possesses a thorough understanding of modern launch and release processes, working closely with all of the Product, Go-To-Market, and Operations functions of the business.  This is a critical role within the business that will be responsible for building comprehensive release plans, managing, and tracking the metrics of their delivery, and communicating and supporting stakeholders within the business. 

What You'll Do

• Plans, develops, implements, and coordinates programs and/or product launches.
• Designs and implements systems and metrics to assess, collect, maintain, and analyze data; generates interim progress reports, final reports, evaluation, and other information related to project(s) or program(s).
• Establishes and implements short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement.
• Directs, manages, and oversees the daily administrative components of program(s).
• Develops and implements systems and processes to establish and maintain records for the business.
• Serve as a liaison between departments and business functions. 
• May engage in contract negotiations and/or perform research; may produce and/or market project(s) and/or product(s).
• Develops and manages budgets for the organization and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses.
• Recommends, participates in the development of, and establishes policies and procedures
• May represent SpyCloud to various institutional divisions as well as externally to governmental agencies, funding agencies, national organizations, and the general public.

Requirements

• Fast learner and Strategic thinker who can balance big picture strategy with detailed, flawless execution
• Extreme and passionate attention to detail
• Strong customer centric mindset and Proactive sense of urgency and 'can do' attitude
• Experience demonstrating strong leadership, self-motivation and accountability
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent
• Critical thinker that is comfortable supporting collaborative problem solving in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly self-directed, empathetic, curious, and flexible
• Be self-motivated and be able to switch contexts as business needs change
• 5+ years experience as a program manager within the software development industry

Nice to Have

• Past experience on complex, global projects and / or Infrastructure projects a big plus
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity and Darknet concepts
• Familiarity with Data Science concepts
• Agile delivery experience is a major plus. Experience with Confluence/Jira
• CISM, PMP, CISSP
