Consider joining our team as a Maintenance Technician for Traditions at Slate Ridge Apartments in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.

Who you are: 

• You're EPA certified and have HVAC experience.
• You have excellent maintenance and customer service capabilities.
• You're self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
• You are a team player with a positive attitude.
• You have a valid driver’s license, along with a reliable truck or van, and auto insurance.
• You're willing to undergo drug and background screening upon job offer.

What you’ll do as a Maintenance Technician:

• Use your maintenance skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, grounds, apartment turns, appliance repair, carpentry, locks and keys, pool care, lighting, etc.
• Complete work orders from apartment residents, while keeping the community in pristine condition. 
• Respond to maintenance emergencies. 
• Work scheduled hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation

Requirements

• EPA certification and demonstrated HVAC experience.
• OSHA certification or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Driver's license, auto-insurance, and a reliable truck or van for work use.
