Support onboarding and transitions to help new hires feel welcomed and prepared.

Track recruiting activity, maintain records, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in HR, recruiting, or business administration).
1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative, recruiting, or HR support role.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
A collaborative, service oriented mindset with a commitment to doing what’s right.
