The Client Representative – Trial Specialist is responsible for growing revenue in accounts by effectively driving pre-sale product trials. The trial process includes, but isn’t limited to:
About the Role:
In this opportunity as a Client Representative you will:
Individual WAYWO and ROI session with each trial member
Driving trial usage at the individual user level
Host small group sessions within trials to drive value
Gathering user testimonials
Compile trial success reporting intra trial and at point of trial conclusion
Effective transition of sold account/user to onboarding process
Primary product focus CoCounsel Core, CoCounsel Drafting, Practical Law, Practical Law Connect, Westlaw Edge – other products as they become relevant.
About You:
You're a fit for the role of Client Representative if you:
J.D. or equivalent legal experience
Strong communication and presentation skills, especially via telephone
High degree of professionalism
Customer centric focus required
Well-developed negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment
