About the role

The Client Representative – Trial Specialist is responsible for growing revenue in accounts by effectively driving pre-sale product trials.  The trial process includes, but isn’t limited to:

About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Client Representative you will:

  • Individual WAYWO and ROI session with each trial member

  • Driving trial usage at the individual user level

  • Host small group sessions within trials to drive value

  • Gathering user testimonials

  • Compile trial success reporting intra trial and at point of trial conclusion

  • Effective transition of sold account/user to onboarding process

  • Primary product focus CoCounsel Core, CoCounsel Drafting, Practical Law, Practical Law Connect, Westlaw Edge – other products as they become relevant.

About You:

You're a fit for the role of Client Representative if you:

  • J.D. or equivalent legal experience

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially via telephone

  • High degree of professionalism

  • Customer centric focus required

  • Well-developed negotiation skills

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 - $133,900. This role may also be eligible
