About the role

THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT POSITION WITH APPROXIMATE WORK HOURS OF 3PM TO 1AM.

  • Ensure monthly training topics are completed.
  • Treat all work related injuries including first aid, OSHA recordables and case management of all on-going injuries.
  • Maintain daily inspections of powered industrial trucks.
  • Perform new hire safety training.
  • Perform drug testing.
  • Maintain personal medical files, and calendars for medical tracking.
  • Maintain all worker's compensation information for claims, schedule doctor visits and transportation.
  • Maintain weekly log of all incidents.
  • Maintain HAZMAT team records.
  • Schedule hearing testing.
  • All other relevant duties as assigned. 
Qualifications
  • Good communication skills.
  • Read, write and speak English.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft, Alchemy and etc.).
  • EMT/ Basic First Aid training.
  • High school diploma.
  • Work well with others.
