About the Role

Our Wellness Membership Advisors (WMAs) are the heart of our studio experience — warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping clients feel their best. You'll be the first and final touchpoint for each guest, guiding them through the benefits of therapeutic massage and supporting their long-term wellness journey through our membership program.

 

This role blends hospitality, customer service, and consultative sales in a team environment built on support, care, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, setting the tone for a relaxing experience

• Consult with clients about their goals and recommend services or membership plans that align with their needs

• Educate new and returning clients on our Wellness Membership Program and package options

• Schedule appointments, manage client profiles, and process transactions with accuracy and ease

• Support the flow of the studio by collaborating with massage therapists and leadership

• Keep the lobby and workspace calm, clean, and welcoming

• Meet or exceed personal and team-based sales goals to unlock bonus opportunities

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in customer service or consultative sales (wellness, hospitality, or retail experience a plus)

• A warm, professional communication style — in person, on the phone, and over email

• A natural ability to build trust and make others feel comfortableStrong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Enthusiasm for helping others commit to long-term wellness

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

• Bonus points if you’ve worked with Mindbody or a similar scheduling system
