Job Description:
AFS is looking for an experienced Security Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Apply Information Assurance and certification and accreditation skills to assess, audit, guide, consult, analyze, investigate, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people.
- Provide services to the customer to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats, per JSIG requirements
Here is what you need:
- 5+ years of experience as an ISSO/SCA and/or ISSE
- 5+ years of experience supporting DoD and Intel Community
- CISSP or 8570 IAM level 3 required.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Assured File Transfer (AFT) process. Adept with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) steps and capable of leading RMF Assessment & Authorization (A&A) of IT networks.
- Familiar with CNSSI 1253, SP 800-53, DoD 8500 series, STIG settings, Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) procedures with ACAS, configuring ACAS dashboards.
- Strong communication skills.
- Past experience leading Incident Response (IR) procedures from incident discovery to investigation conclusion. Ability to schedule and lead meetings, document actions, and follow-up meetings with action-items email.
- Experience with eMASS, and Xacta preferred.

Active TS/SCI required to start
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $122,600 - $198,800
Colorado: $122,600 - $171,700
New York City: $141,800 - $198,800
Washington: $130,500 - $182,800
