Here, you will receive endless support and appreciation while building a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.
As an RN in the Pediatric Operating Room, you will deliver professional nursing care to patients 6-months old and up, undergoing surgical and other invasive procedures. Most cases have a high turnaround time and are ENT and GI-related. This role requires specialized clinical expertise to support a wide range of pediatric conditions, working closely with a highly skilled team dedicated to safe, high-quality surgical care in the operative setting. This caregiver must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, as you will circulate, scrub and float.
Our caregivers are specially trained and certified to meet the unique needs of pediatric patients, providing compassionate, family-centered care throughout the surgical experience. Caregivers who do not have any previous OR experience will complete a full OR orientation to further their knowledge in this area. When you join this team, you become part of a supportive and collaborative environment grounded in shared values and a commitment to being the best place to receive care—and the best place to work in healthcare.
