 JOB TITLE: Culinary LeadPRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Lead the culinary team to ensure exceptional food production service, quality, and efficiency. This role involves expertly crafting tacos and other tasty dishes, managing culinary operations, and maintaining high standards. Opportunities for growth include becoming a trainer. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ·      Train and mentor team members on food prep, cooking techniques, and standards. ·      Lead the team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations. ·      Collaborate with line cooks to coordinate timely order completion. ·      Uphold high culinary standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency. ·      Conduct regular quality checks and provide constructive feedback. ·      Demonstrate strong leadership, motivating and inspiring the team. ·      Handle challenges with composure, fostering a positive work environment. ·      Communicate with expeditor to maintain organizational efficiency. ·      Act as a liaison between culinary staff and management.  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: ·      Excellent knife skills and high-volume restaurant experience. ·      Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills. ·      Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure. ·      Previous experience in training culinary team members. ·      Reliable transportation. ·      Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift heavy objects.  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ·      Previous high volume restaurant kitchen experience. ·      Ability to read and identify order items on a chit ticket.  Join us in this exciting opportunity to lead, train, and contribute to culinary excellence.
