Job Summary:

Responsible for leading a team of agents and routing inbound and outbound air freight shipments to their destinations and processing transactions for shipments.

Job Duties:  

• Lead team of agents in cargo duties.
• Load and unload freight, packages, or cargo.
• Take orders from customers, arrange for pickup of cargo and answer questions related to cargo.
• Prepare bills of lading and weigh items to determine charges and prepare freight bills.
• Collect fees, process payments, and issue refunds using the computer system.
• Contact vendors and claims adjustment department to resolve problems with shipments.
• Prepare manifest to accompany shipments and maintain records of goods shipped, received. and stored.
• May also perform ramp agent duties as needed.
• Monitors and enforces safe
