MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma or its equivalent and one (1) year of professional or nonprofessional accounting experience; or
A bachelor's degree (4 years) from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting, finance, or business administration.
EDUCATIONAL NOTE: Graduates utilizing education attained in the United States to meet the minimum requirements of a position will not be appointed until verification of the applicable degree has been obtained. Responsible for mailing warrants picked up from the Department of Financial Services, auditing invoices by matching to warrants for correct payment amount, verifying the name and address, amount of the warrant, noting full invoice numbers and account numbers where needed and delivering warrants timely to the mailroom daily.
